50 g tereyağı
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
Kırmızı pul biber, tuz ve kuru nane

Yapılışı:
- MINCE MEAT PASTRY WITH GARLIC & YOGHURT
A very traditional Turkish pastry.
- Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 g flour
1 egg
Salt and water
- For inside staff:
150-200 g mincemeat
1 small onion
6-7 leaves parsley
1 tea spoon tomato paste
Salt & pepper
- For the sauce:
50 g butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
Red pepper, salt, peppermint
3 garlic cloves and yoghurt
- How to do:
Prepare the dough. Add the egg to the flour and salt. Add water until you get a strong dough. Divide it into three pieces and let them rest when you fix the inside staff. Don't forget to cover the dough with a humid towel. Otherwise when it takes reaction with the air, your dough can get extremely harsh.
Slice onion in small pcs as you can. Add the mince meat, tomato paste, pepper and salt and sliced parsley. Knead like a dough and interior staff is ready.
Now roll out each dough with the rolling-pin as much as thin and wider as you can. Sprinkle some flour on the table and on the dough when you roll out. After you get a wide and thin rolled dough, cut it vertically and horizontally by a dough cutting tool and get squares each 3 cm by side. Put enough staff on each square dough ans then fold up from each corner. In other words, gather each four corners in the middle of the square and on the mincemeat staff. If there arae small spaces press them by your finger and try to get a small closed square with four corners like a package or bundle. After you finish all the dough, boil 3 .lt water in a deep and wide pot. Add some vegetable oil and salt. When the water gets boiled, throw the small pastry inside and boil until they get cooked. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the red pepper, salt and peppermint. Mix and heat up for 3-5 minutes.
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with salt and then add to yoghurt. Now take out the pastry from the boiling water by perforated ladle and into the serving plate. Add yoghurt with garlic and finally sprinkle the sauce. A great taste.
